They are on the larger side, although not nearly as thick as some I have taken, they still will need a lot of water to swallow. You can also use a pill cutter if you need to.ANY PROBLEMS?I have had no issues taking these with digestion, burping, etc.DO THEY HELP?I was noticing that after I ran out of my bioflavonoid tablets, I was starting to bruise more easily. After these arrived, I started taking them and the bruising went away and I have not had the problems since. I also like the calcium acerola and rose hips in this as well. I find that it seems to buffer the tablets so they work better and don't cause stomach upset for me.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a nicely balanced Vitamin C complex tablet. It has the factors that help it to absorb, and also that work with it to help the body maintain a better ability to recover from bruising or other issues in daily life.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. These are not too bad to swallow, although on the large side. I to appreciate having them. I would buy them again.

While it may not ward off covid, boosting the immune system is a no-brainer.This bottle contains 120 tablets, and with a serving size of 1 tablet, provides for 4 month supply. The additional ingredients are quite impressive. I appreciate the added Calcium, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Acerola Powder, Rose Hips Powder and Rutin. See the attached photo to see the quantities of each of these added components.With the winter approaching, and waiting for the pandemic to resolve, I will be increasing my Vitamin C intake.The additional ingredients raises the health benefits of this product.I feel this product earns a 4.5 star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

My husband and I take a minimum of two grams of C a day and up it to 5 grams at the first sign of a scratchy throat or feeling run down. C is great for a healthy immune system and as fall and winter approach, we'll be upping our doses.The one problem is that my husband's stomach is irritated by ascorbic acid - the most common form of C. Buffered C - calcium ascorbate - is the answer to this problem and this is a very good offering at a decent price. You get 120 1000 mg tablets and they don't upset his stomach.
