SCAM. Stay away! Product works great but only for a few months. They don't honor their warranty. Zero customer service.
Don't buy anything Thermocore or Thermospace (same company, same owner). Product worked great for 6 months and then stopped. Don't expect anyone honoring the warranty. Don't expect customer service. You won't get it. I bought this system to save money instead of buying LG or Mitsubishi. It wasn't worth it. I had to replace my entire system and it came at a huge price tag. Stay away from these people. There are plenty of people with bad experiences like mine out there, including here on Amazon, under other product systems but same brand. Only positive reviews are from people who just installed it leaving a great review. This product doesn't pass the test of time. Save yourself the aggravation.Also, having had to replace this system I know first hand that their components are cheap crap compared to the new system I replaced it with.
