I managed to replace my broken watch strap with a spare one I had using this nifty little gadget - once I’d worked out how to use it. You just press it into the pinhole and the strap retaining bar pops out. However in the process the end of the tool got bent. Fortunately there are two of them in the pack so I still have one for another time. Given what I paid for it and the speed with which it arrived, after the driver finally decided to deliver it, I can’t really complain very much.
