Q: Are these more like a tote sock or a soled slipper?

They are a fleecey sock with a sole but the sole wouldn’t be any good for outside, as it isn’t sturdy enough. just ok for indoor stone floors etc

The soles have non-slip dots on them. They are very comfy.

Q: Which size is it? It is good for 41/ 42?

I wear a size 8 shoe and my feet are quite wide, but these fitted extremely well and are so comfy.

Sorry...don't know where they're shipped from..but I do know that these are awful..terrible quality...badly shaped...thin cheap material ..lucky if they reached past the ankle...went straight in the bin after one wear..wouldn't waste your money
