Printable Blank Oval Labels, 2" x 3-1/3", Glossy White, 80 Customizable Labels (22820)

In the last few months I have purchased multiple orders of these Avery 22820 Oval Labels for Laser and Inkjet Printers, and several orders for similar Avery Labels for labeling honey that I sell and preserves that I make and keep. These labels work great on my Canon Image Class MF726CDW multifunction laser printer! Design is super easy and results are professional-looking with the Avery Design and Print online / cloud based design software. Just go to the Avery website and follow the links to Design and Print. Enter your label number -- for these labels it's 22820 -- and then search for ideas with keywords like "honey label" and you'll see many attractive options that you can customize further. Printing is about as foolproof as it gets. Just remember to follow the instructions. Common goofs include: 1) not setting the "scaling" feature on your printer dialog to "off" or "100%"; 2) not choosing "labels" if your printer allows you that option for media type; 3) not knowing which side of the label sheet your printer prints on; and 4) forgetting to take the blank labels out of the printer before printing other things. By following the directions on the Design and Print site, and those few tips above, I have _never_ had a bad batch of labels. This is important, because these labels currently price at about $15 for 80 labels or about 20 cents a label. These labels are also easy to remove from the sheet, and they really stay stuck on whatever you stick them on. They also don't smudge easily, even when wet -- at least with a laser printer. Their stickiness is great for things you plan to sell or give away and never see again, like my honey jars. But, if you're planning to reuse your jars, they can be a real task to remove.

Very nice and great quality. A lot of uses and ideas, different available options. Easy to use with the templates and instructions. Used these to personalize candles and it was a very nice additional touch.

Labels look great and worked well in my inkjet printer.

These are great labels and they fit perfectly on jars. I can chow chow each year and have many requests from family and friends for a jar. I thought I would make them a little more special this year and printed my own labels and they turned out great (my chow chow and the labels, LOL). These are great glossy and professional looking labels using the FREE Avery online program. You can put any text, pictures and emblems on them very easily by just putting in the label number (in this case it was 22820) and if you don't want to design your own, there are dozens standard designs you may choose from. They print perfectly and evenly. If you're proud of your product as I am, you'll love this personal touch. Yes, they're a little pricey but well worth it in the end. I highly recommend these wonderful labels.

Bought these labels to place on some plastic water bottles we bought for a friend's family reunion. The labels turned out great. The only drawback (and the reason I deducted a star) is that the template is only available from the Avery website. Most of the other labels we used were available in both MS Word and Publisher.

We use these for our bee pollen labels. The colors stay vibrant and they are easy to attach.

Makes good labels

I was a little hesitant to order these because I saw all of the reviews that said they don't print correctly. But when I printed mine everything printed out just fine. I did use Avery software. I think some of the people who had the problems with the label not being centered had them in upside down. There are arrows on the side of the paper that tell you which side to feed into your printer first. My labels came out just fine on an inkjet printer. I designed my labels online and then followed the instructions to print them myself. I even printed out 2 different labels on one sheet. All you need to do to do that is tell it you want to print one through four and then tell it what you want to print 5 through 8. I would definitely buy these again.
