HiOnly 1 months after using the pitcher , it started to rust.We cannot use it anymore.Any recommendations?

I bought this as I wanted something better than a plastic one for the table, so was prepared to pay that bit extra. However, the handle is fixed with a giant screw and through some cheap wood, which in good time will fall apart as the hole gets bigger from use.The filter system is messy. Adding and removing a sachet before and after use (5-7 mins) and storing in the packet it came in. I think I might stick with the plastic ones and fill a sturdier jug of my choice.

The good thing about this is that it is beautiful and it holds water. The bad thing about it is it is a faff. You need a screw driver to keep the handle in situ. And not once, it keeps coming loose. Also the water is cloudy. I had much instruction from the supplier but nothing seemed to work. It was clear for a while but now it is permanently cloudy and it has hardly been used. You also need a wooden spoon to hand and something to mop up if you are using it in an office as I was. It is very faffy and very cloudy and disappointing. Becuase I have had it for a while, trying to make it work, on my once a week visit to this particular venue, they wouldn't refund, only replace. But I don't want to have the same problem so will go back to bottled water. Much easier.

Very happy with my new filter jug. Very stylish, seems to keep water cold without putting it in fridge. I drink tea black and can now enjoy scum free tea. Filter is so easy to replace or take out and pop in re-sealable bag. No after taste just pure clean water. Actually I now drink more water which can’t be a bad thing.

Got it a few days ago. The inside rusting already!! Going to use it as a vase :(

Very disappointed with this product. Was pleased to receive it very quickly, but it has a leak at the bottom, which we did not notice at first. Filled up with water, and left it on kitchen worktop, when we returned home all our kitchen draws underneath were filled with water as the jug has leaked. I had also purchased the water filter pouches to go with this item too, which are now useless to us.

This is my first product from Invigorated Water and I’m very happy with it. I wanted to start with alkaline water for some time now and I think this was a great choice. I like the big capacity and the stainless steel material looks great, too. Easy to set up and very easy to use. Includes detailed instructions and info manual.

Besides being beautifully designed, it produces clear, crisp, healthy great tasting water. I am so happy I purchased it. Much better than plastic pitchers or plastic bottles that are bad for the environment. It increases PH, antioxidants, hydrogen, ionized water. chlorine, floride and heavy metals and adds trace elements. Holds more water than appears. I highly recommend it.
