Are the eyes and nose plastic?

The nose is soft and squishy. The eyes are high quality plastic or something, but the eyes look pretty nice and "realistic". They aren't plain black, beady eyes or anything.

I bought 7 of these for gifts. They are wonderful. I do like the bastaofy brand ones Over the wewill brand as the glow is not splotchy, just soft and soothing

Is the polar bear floppy? Or is it stiff

It is not floppy, it holds its shape but very soft and cuddly.

Is there a way to clean them?

I bought 3 for my grand daughters. They keep them in bed for bed time because of the lights. They don't get dirty in the bed. You could wipe it down but having lights in it, it could not be washed in a machine.
