I love this adapter. I travel to Asia 10 - 12 times per year and size and weight are critical to me. This adapter fits the bill. First it's flat which makes it easy to pack. Next it's light weight but very durable. I've purchased, lost and tossed multiple adapters. This is absolutely the best.

It mostly worked fine on my trip to Europe. I was mostly in countries with the two round holes in the outlets. When I got to London, however, it was not intuitive how to make it work with their slanted flat holes. I should have read the directions a bit better. I guess you're supposed to use the round pegs. I like that it is flat and compact, which made it easy to have in my carry-on bag for use at airports. One design drawback is its length and weight are not always held up by its seat in the power socket. Mostly I was okay by balancing it on top of other things that were plugged in, or using the cord of my device to hold it up. Please bear in mind this is an adapter, and not a power converter. I used it only with devices rated for 100 - 240 volts (look at the fine print on the backs of your devices). Tablet, iPhone, old Cybershot camera battery charger, even my CPAP were all fine.

I took this adapter to Ireland and had to borrow adapters from other travelers and hotels to be able to charge my phone and tablet. It worked in Europe but I do not believe it should be advertised as a universal plug.

I love this adapter. It's thin and light. I have used as I travel for work global wide. I lost the one I had and bought it again. I have also bought it to give to co-workers.

This is not a universal adapter like it claims to be. This item will not work for every outlet in Britain. I tried to use in London hotel and the pin was to small for the outlet and I had to purchase another one when I was there.

Very impressed with this plug. I have traveled to over 100 countries and this is the most versatile plug I have ever used. A tiny bit flimsy, but much sturdier and better made than the similar Kikkerland plug, which is $2 more. It works for almost any of the 30 different plug configurations in the world and is my lead go-to travel item. Much better than the large square multi-country plugs that fall out of the wall too easily.One caveat: it falls out of the wall occasionally when used in British and Australian plugs, so bring at least one dedicated adapter (in addition to this one) when traveling to those countries.

it is a bit fiddly when you have to use the grounding plug butt it does the job. however, it has a very loose grip on whatever you plug into it. so it's very easy to pull out whatever you plug into it.
