The media could not be loaded. Just watched the movie elf with my grandson and I liked it more than I figured I would. I was searching for the book ran across this it was like 33 percent off. It's a cute take in on a jack in the box but it's a buddy in the box. Comes with all decals for you or your child or grand child to put on. Yes it talks when he pops up. I recommend this.

Oh my gosh! This item was a huge hit with my colleagues. Great topic of conversation and very funny. Highly recommend, as everyone can benefit from a hug from Buddy and some laughs.

The first one I bought was broke. Sound is not the best. Cute idea.

Good product

I was hoping this would be as cute as the Jack-in-the-box in the movie. It wasn't. I think they could have done it, but instead they made a cheap little box that you press and Elf pops up. Then you press it down. You have to push his head down back into the box or else the arms won't come back up the way you want them to. It's easy enough, but it's just disappointing knowing what they could have done with the concept. I was disappointed and wouldn't have bought it had I seen this in person first.

My daughter loved that is was Buddy.I thought it was too small. Thought it would of been larger. Not too impressed. It was hard to get him out.

I got it for my friend .Its not meant to be a large life size buddy box ,it is more like a plastic interactive Christmas card that came with a magnet .My friend loved it because it's a simple thing she can put on her tree or have it sit on her shelf to make her happy.
