Made in the USA from 3 Strand Black Polypropylene. Heavy duty heat shrink boots on each end to prevent the rope from opening up. Lighter weight than polydacron and manila so ideal for high intensity, high rep workouts. Will not shed like manila so great for indoor use. Approximate weight 14lbs.

good quality rope
I tied this rope to a high tree branch and use it for climbing exercises in my back yard. It's a great addition to any gym as it works many different muscle groups. The kids and I love it! Good quality rope.
