Works well. Good value
Initial Review July 26, 2023We've had two or three foam soap dispensers that sold in the $30-50 range. All have failed in less than a year. One worked well but was poorly designed so that when we attempted to add more soap to it the soap cup came off along with other internal parts and the 4 AA batteries. We finally threw that one out. This dispenser was only $26, an had good Amazon reviews so I ordered two of them, one to replace the kitchen unit we just tossed on the trash, and the second one for the master bathroom as I do like the foam. This dispenser seems to be well designed, quickly dispensing a shot. Removing the cup to add more soap is a simple thing to do. Hopefully these will last longer than a year but for this price it won't break the budget to replace them.Included in the box is a small bottle with a long thin spout. It is included so the new owner can fill the small bottle with water, and squirt that water up through the hose to clear it. That is well defined in the user manual. I did need to do that once for one of the dispensers, but the second one worked without having to inject water. I wonder if the one-star reviews may have missed this technique?I do recommend this dispenser.

Keeps turning off for some reason, not sure why.
I've been through so many foaming soap dispensers, and I've yet to find one that works well and lasts longer than a couple months. After tossing two broken foaming soap dispensers from other companies, I bought this one because I needed a new one to replace the others. I specifically went with this one because it's rechargeable and it has a very transparent soap container so you can see the level of soap left.Right out of the box, I was very pleased with the contents. Everything was packed well and this dispenser came with a small pump bottle to fix any clogs that might happen later in the soap dispensing tube. They also included a short charging cable, which I won't be using since it's too short and I have plenty of cables anyway. After adding the foaming soap to the dispenser, I turned on the unit and it dispensed an extremely small amount of soap. I noticed that there's only two levels of soap that can be dispensed, which is disappointing since all my previous dispensers had at least three levels of adjustable soap output. However, it seemed to work well, and while I would like more customization in regards to soap dispensing, it's serviceable as it is.The main problem I have with this particular soap dispenser is that whenever I try to wash my hands, I would find that it wouldn't dispense any. I would then try to press the power button and it'll turn on, and then it dispenses the soap. However, there's no way of telling when it shuts off or why it shuts off. I always have to tinker with the power button to get the dispenser to give me some soap while washing my hands. This defeats the purpose of the automatic soap dispenser if I have to manually work it to get the soap to come out. I'd rather go with an old-fashioned soap bottle in that case. I have no idea if I received a defective unit, since the other reviews don't mention this, as far as I could see by browsing the first couple pages of reviews. But my unit started to behave erratically starting the second day of use, where it seems to be always off and I have to turn it on to get it to work properly. I'm pretty disappointed in this purchase. I might have to go find another foaming soap dispenser, since this new one isn't working as I would have liked.Update: After about a week of use, the dispenser still erratically turns off for no reason whatsoever. This is hands down one of the worst foaming soap dispensers I've bought. I believe it is an issue to do with the power button being too sensitive, or there's something inherently wrong with the wiring of the internals. The seller reached out to me, but would not help unless I sent a video of the defective unit. I'm sorry, I don't have the time to record a soap dispenser turned off, so thanks but no thanks. I'd just rather buy a dispenser from a different company, since that's what I've been doing every couple of months when I started my quest to find a good automatic foaming soap dispenser.

Have bought 3 of these and the very first one stopped working.
I love this little gadget and after I got the first one I liked it so much that I bought two more. Everything was working fine but last week the very first one that I bought stopped working. First I thought it was low on battery, so I charged it but even after that it’s not working. It’s turned on and it’s detecting motion as well but it’s neither making the dispensing sound nor is it dispensing anything. I cleaned the pipes and used the provided bottle to clear the suction pipe as well but nothing. It’s a shame. Can anyone can tell me is it’s fixable or not? Thanks!

Stopped foaming after one refill but customer service fixed it!
UPDATE: after posting the below review, the company reached out to help troubleshoot our issues. Turns out there are a couple of little holes on the underside of the lid that need to be lined up in order for the soap to aerate properly and dispense foam. We jiggle a toothpick in there & it was fixed! Impressed that they reached out so quickly and helped solve the problem and happy to have foamed soap once more. When we first got this dispenser, I thought it was great! But after I refilled it the first time (using the same foaming soap refill I had used the first time), it stopped creating a thick foam. Now it squirts out a barely foamed stream. Shame because it started out with a really nice thick foam each time.

Works great
Looks great. Dispenses right amount of soap. I haven't used it for a long time so not sure how long battery will last but I am OK if I have to charge it frequently. The convenience of getting automatic soap in my hand is what I needed, and this one does the job just fine.

Great Foam Soap dispenser
I use it for foam soap. Does not with normal liquid soap or other liquids. Foam soap is great for it.Has 2 settings for just a bit of foam or double the quantity.Easy to charge. USB. Charge lasts like 3-4 months at a regular use for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Charging takes 3-5 hours.Very satisfied. I recommend.

Me gustó bastante pero...
The media could not be loaded.

It was good for 6 months
I liked this foam dispenser, easy to fill up, charge is holding up nicely, two step settings for the foam amount, good sensor. The only problem was, it worked only for 6 months. Now it is sensing the hand but no foam dispensing. We all like the convenience for the automatic dispensers but it was the third machine going wrong. All of them (different kinds) worked only a couple of months and all of them was Chinese. So the "save on soap" ad is true, but the money lost on dispensers is plentiful. Maybe to invest in a manual foam dispenser is more economic, I will try.

Unit works fine
Unit works fine fast dispensing first and second dose. Usually use two doses for hand wash of large hands. Can mix the soap thicker than suggested you need it original mixture very light on soap. Add about an ounce and a half per tank. Battery lasts a good time. Soap container way too small filling up bi-weekly opening is tiny less than half inch unit keeps soap stirred so it doesn't separate easy to turn off and on if needed.
