Where are these crimpers made?

These are made in China but we've taken every measure to make sure of their quality. We conduct on-site visits and evaluate suppliers' quality control capabilities before ordering and inspecting goods at various stages of production. Also, all MulWark products are backed by 100% guarantee that you are fully satisfied with your product or receive your money back. Hope this helps.

Is that a crimper or cutter at the end of the blade?

Dear Sir or Madam, it is a little pliers nose at the very end of the blade. You could use to pull and loose wires. Hope this helps. :)

Where can I buy the metric version of this?

This company does not seem to offer one but Dowell does. Theirs are labeled for both AWG and Metric.
