Whilst admittedly expensive this saute pan is the bees knees. I bought it replace an identical one that I ruined by accidentally leaving it with oil in over a low flame over night ( lucky it didnt catch fire!) The best thing about this pan is the non-stick coating which is awesome

This pan is perfect! The diameter and depth are perfect for larger skillet meals, yet the long handle is not too long so storage is not a problem. The rubber grips on the handle and lid also keep the handles cool so there's no need to worry about getting burned by lifting a lid or moving the pan. I love this pan so much, I'm going to get some additional sizes!

I have slowly been replacing my pots and pans one pan at a time with only the ones I actually use with this brand. I love the skillet it big enough to cook meals for my family of 5 (all teenagers). The main reason I picked this skillet I love the dual handles that don't get hot and the weight of the skillet. Nothing sticks and I like the blue color on the outside. I do only handmade my pots and pans so I am unsure how they would hold up in the dishwasher.

We own 2 of these pans. The first was bought in 2023, which is excellent, and we use it frequently. The second, bought in January 2024, is useless; the minute you apply heat to it, the bottom warps, and the pan becomes useless and dangerous.I contacted Amazon, and of course, I got it is "not our problem, contact manufacturer." we did, and to this point, we have heard nothing from Anolon about the problem.So do yourself a favor and consider another source for cooking pans,

The pan works fine. My problem is the shipper.The pan arrived in a perfectly fine UPS box. The product box inside the UPS box was a mess. Had this been a gift I would be furious. Don't use this shipper.
