Fastcap Magnifying Bifocal Safety Glasses 1.5

I work with drawings in a power station. Before I had these magnifying safety glasses, I would be constantly swapping my safety glasses for my reading glasses between reading the drawings and walking around. No more !!! These reading/safety glasses have made my life easier, and once you get used to them (be careful going down stairs, as you may be looking through the magnifying portion and get mislead), they work great !! Highly recommended for anyone who needs reading glasses and safety glasses at the same time.

Lightweight, sharp, and comfortable. It took a little adjusting due to the fact I wear tri-focals the rest of the time. I wear them everytime I am in the shop. The only thing keeping them from being a 5 star is the fact that they fog up very easy. They have to be pulled away from face and that sort of defeats the purpose. Maybe it's a facial defect. I will buy another pair, certainly a pair of shaded for working outdoors.

The safety glasses I received were not the item shown nor the item described. As a Firefighter/Paramedic we need both impact protection as well as droplet and or splash protection from blood-bourne pathogens. The "safety" glasses that arrived were frameless and the ear pieces were not adjustable. This may more easily allow secretions to reach the eyes, uninterrupted by the brow frame and the lack of ability to fit the face through the adjustments that the glasses were advertised as having. The ONLY redeeming qualities...they are safety glasses, readers and wrap-around in design. But they ARE NOT the item represented. Having no more time to wait, I will use them for foreign object and impact protection only.

I bought these to use in the shop. They are decent quality and the bi-focal section works great. The only issue is that the side pieces bow way out in the middle leaving quite a gap between your head and the center of the ear piece. It curves back to your ear fine so it seems to fit normally it is just weird to have the center of the arm so far away from your head. I prefer a tighter fit. Definately not for women or smaller statured individuals.

Glasses are good, the only complaint is that the picture shows 4 pair of glasses and you only get one. I guess that's what I get for not having them to read the fine print.

For the price these are pretty good. The magnifying part of them works well and because of the shape/bend to the frame sides they are easy to wear when also wearing ear protecting headphones.

I can motorcycle ride at night and see my GPS and iPhone great in the bifocal section. I don't have to put in readers to look at map detail. Also work great in the shop. Plastic frames seem safe in a tumble. Not Oakley quality, but great glasses for the price. I have repurchased these when they wear out.

I use these around the shop at home and they work great. Seem to be well made (better than others that I have) and live up to FastCap's brand name.I would recommend them.
