Dr. Christopher Mind Trac 100 Vcaps (Pack of 2)

We buy this regularly, as my husband and I both suffered from depression at similar times. We both have had bad reactions to psychiatric medicine in the past, and I have used this before with great success. Both of us have very few side effects (minor dizziness right after taking it when you first begin using MIndtrac, and it increases my thirst, as well as burping sometimes after taking it.) Other than that, we feel amazing everyday, and are not on harsh pharmaceuticals. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something much easier on the body than pharmaceutical meds that have a ton of hard side effects.Mindtrac begins to pull you out of depression within a couple of days as opposed to the pharmaceutical month adjustment period. My husband takes 5 a day (200 lbs, 6 ft tall), and I take 3 a day (130 lbs, 5 ft 7"). It's been our godsend! We finally have our lives back.

Love this product. I have used it for years to manage my anxiety and other issues. It doesn't work for everyone. I know of two people that it affected their depression and made it worse. Just try and experiment until you find the right dose for you!!

I Have been using Mind Trac for 18 years. It really keeps my moods level. I notice when I forget for a few days. I always have three bottles on hand so I never run out.
