Terrible quality. Not at all like the former SideSleeper pillow this is based off of. Materials are all wrong and cheap. The cover is scratchy, and the pillow itself is only half-filled. It’s thin even after I tried to fluff it for a day after taking it out of the package. The most uncomfortable version of this pillow that I’ve ever tried to use had my neck aching so bad I had to return it.

This pillow cover is so soft & soothing. I love the hole for the ear--otherwise I wake up with sore ears--don't really know why. I place this pillow on top of another pillow that is concave, & it is perfect for me. I love that there is a longer side that "hangs" down--I cuddle it. Did I say how much I love this pillow? Also, I had a different type of "ear pillow" & liked it, but I absolutely LOVE this one. The other was getting a little worn is the reason I ordered this one. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT.

Zero stars. This “pillow” is cheaply made, flat as a pancake and offers no support whatsoever. I initiated a return three seconds after opening the package. Do NOT purchase this item.

I have looked for a pillow a long time. This is my cuddle pillow. It has stopped the pain from my whiplash. I am now sleeping great!

I slept through the night the first night I used it, but this is the hardest pillow I have ever used. The hole is great, as I had a small skin cancer removed from my ear, hence the reason I purchased it. However after four nights, the hole began to settle lower, raising the outer edge to push on my forehead, where another biopsy was performed. I have another very expensive pillow, this one replaced, much the same shape. My other pillow is much softer, and the leg on the back is much longer, offering better support than this pillow. After five nights I start out with this one, and end up by morning back with my old one. This is losing shape. If the back leg were 6 inches longer, and one could remove filling, I might be able to work with it. I will be having a MOHS procedure on the side of my head. This pillow will not meet my needs at that point. I’m still looking for something to better meet my needs. One of the other reasons I purchased this was because I thought my old one was too hot. It is memory foam. It’s not as hot as this one, this pillow is so hot it makes sweat horribly. It’s a conundrum, because in spite of all it’s short comings I can still sleep on it, and haven’t given up. If I were a seamstress I’d make the back longer. My old pillow completely supports my back. I was hoping this would do like wise. Not so, far to short, it just barely come over the shoulder. The support ends there. No, I wouldn’t recommend this. It’s not as advertised. The biggest issue is it’s as hard a rock with no give, brand new, and lost it’s shape. So much potential with a few improvements. For Now, just no, look further.

For years, I only slept on my side and boy, do I wish I would have had this pillow back then. I'm now at the point in my life where I have a fair amount of musculoskeletal issues and I can't stay on my side all the time, but when I can, this is a really comfortable pillow. It gives good support that I used to try to get by crunching up a regular pillow to lean my face against while giving my head a bit of, but not too much, elevation. I will say that the idea of the ear divot is interesting but I don't use it regularly. The case is really soft and comfortable, although I wish I could get a spare. Overall, I enjoy the pillow and have found that it does what I expected - give me a comfy, side-friendly way to rest my head.

I’ve spent $20 on this piece of trash. Don’t waste your money on it. A five year old kid would literally flatten this pillow with his head. Also, the velvet cover is horrible. I took a picture next to one I had bought from Amazon sometime ago, from another seller. The new pillow size and firmness is nothing compared to my old one, My old pillow is without a cover, (the zipper broke), reason I bought this new one. But really I was expecting something better.

This pillow is perfection. I'm a side- and stomach- sleeper, and I get really bad headaches if I wind up in a position where my neck isn't supported the right way. Normal pillows are usually either too flat or too bulky, and tend to just push my head up without supporting my neck or shoulder. This pillow fixes all of that. It's comfortably soft but still springy enough to provide support, the covering is removable/washable + feels nice against the skin + breathes, the shape of the pillow is great for using in more than one orientation, depending on what angle I'm laying at. I feel immense relief on my muscles when I use it compared to the struggle I have with a normal pillow, and doesn't give me a headache. Only thing is I wish they made it in other colors :)

AI suggested this pillow during one of my sleepless nights. At first I hesitated because it looks so unusual, but it fit inside my king-size pillowcase. Combined with a good knee pillow, it solved sore neck, shoulders, back, etc. I never roll onto my back with it and it’s good for about five-hour stretch. I quickly got used to flipping the pillow to the other side once during the night. I have had several good night sleeps in a row since I purchased this pillow. It’s an ideal fit for my narrow shoulders – not a man’s pillow.

Very poor quality Waste of money

I like the pillow. I just wish it came with a pillow case.
