Excellent content in a very cute, small-sized (4" x 6") book. Bought it for my daughter; it was well received. Part of a 9 book series. Check out 'How to Sit' for the start of the series.

Everything I have read or listened to by Thich Nhat Hanh has given me priceless guidance on my journey to be present and mindful. The How to Focus book is yet another meaningful tool for me.

I love this book! Peace is always within reach. The author guides you to the breath and understanding the mind at a deeper level. You feel the bliss.

The book is covering a small set of the author thoughts. I would recommend to read other books of the same author. So sad that Thich Nhat Hanh is not present in this world to continue his findings and help more people in the world, however as he said all our spiritual guru are here in the global cosmos with us.

Great simple philosophy. Leading to reduced stress for many.

Simply connects us with what we are. Very well said. That is so wonderful. Highly recommend. Will help you awaken to e Buddha nature.

I have no critic neither comment about this book. Everything is simply explained and practical. It is a peaceful reading to go beyond the signs.

A tiny little book, which mainly revolves around Being in Present, Breathing, Walking and Meditation.

I felt a transformation take place while reading the book. It's a small book. But the way it is designed, it's content. Everything made me go deep into myself and transform my views. Lots of blessings will come to those who read and apply the teachings. I learnt one very important thing recently : Teach yourself.
