These little bowls are so handy. I bought them for dipping dumplings and they were perfect. I use them anytime I need a small amount for dipping or ketchup for fries or condiments for one. Worked as a water bowl for a kitten. The grandkids put watercolor paint in them. Just a nice looking, sturdy little bowl.

While dining out with my mother, her meal was served with a sauce in a small dipping bowl. She began talking about finding the perfect dipping dish for a dipping sauce or the like to use at home.At my first opportunity, I searched various internet sites for any bowl that might be similar size and shape. I found this set of little bowls.Upon returning from vacation, the bowls had arrived at her home. When she saw the little bowls, she was thrilled.Additionally, it is a set of only 4 dipping bowls. In this instance, it was the perfect number of bowls in addition to being the perfect size and shape.

I ordered the small ones and should have ordered the larger ones.

Works fine. Sturdy. They have not broken or chipped. But the bowls seem to get hotter than they should when heating something in the microwave. Maybe the bowl is absorbing some of the microwaves. I dunno.

Perfect size for dipping sauce , spice prepping and side fruits.
