Rescued a cat who was diagnosed with FIV at her first vet visit and my vet recommended this. Her coat was dull and felt like hay, she always had eye boogers and didn’t like to play much. I noticed a difference in my cats coat and energy within the first week! It’s been about 2 months now and my cat is doing great, it’s a little on the pricey side compared to other options but it’s definitely worth it! I didn’t think my cat would eat it because she’s very picky but she eats it like a treat, did take some time for her to get used to it so I was mixing in canned food but now she loves it

My kitty had been throwing up, sometimes hair balls but a lot of times not. The throwing up subsided almost completely now she just throws up once in a great while and usually a hairball. Highly recommend!

I've been using standard process for three of my cats. This one here I give to my FIV positive boy and while he won't eat it by itself, in a meatball of wet food he will. He's also very food driven so I have that working for me. Cats who aren't too food driven might need it crushed up and put in wet food but it all depends on the kitty. I use this for him in the morning and at lunch I give him his lysine treat with food. He hasn't been sick to where I think he NEEDS these but prevention is the best you can do with FIV.

I have 5 cats. Two of them have FIV and two of them have chronic kidney disease, so I like to support their immune as much as I can … but none of them will barely eat these - they don’t like the flavor. I also buy the Standard Process Renal (for cats) and they not will gobble those up - so I don’t know what’s up with this product flavor.

Seems to be working well for my cat. His overall health and mood seem to be doing much better.
