Good quality learning toy
The set we got came complete and with a couple extra pegs. They feel and look great -not cheep (which you would hope for the price). My 7, 4, and 2 year olds all play with this in different ways. Most appropriate as a learning tool for the 4 year old. Nice for hands on learning + visual representation of numbers. Love that’s it’s not colorful. Came with a storage bag for the pegs but we keep it all together in the original box.

great value and tool!
I like this a lot for teaching my daughter her numbers, and counting. I just wish that all the pegs were the same shape. makes it a little difficult to have to make sure that the pegs are the correct one especially when im not worried about her learning shapes. I just want her to count!

could be better....
i like the idea HOWEVER.... i have to modify it so that one square number fits into the peg board, look what my kid did, put 2 tiles, because they fit.... and then i prey them off, NOPE...re design....stupid execution little bud kids.

Beautiful product
Love this product! Just received today and it’s very nice! I was worried the wood would be heavy and difficult to work with for my toddler but it’s not. It’s seems durable but it’s not overly heavy so that’s great. I was also worried it wouldn’t have any finish and would get dirty with all the toddler messes. But it has a subtle sheen on it that will allow any messes to be wiped off and not ruin the wood. I included two pictures in the review, one with flash and the other without, to show the sheen I’m referring to. I’m thankful they include extra pegs because some will inevitably get lost. Overall this is a great montessori math product and I’m excited to see my toddler figure it out. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, and will update my review if that changes.

My 2.5 year old loves this, just doing the basic counting at the moment but I love how this will be useful for years to come. She loves sorting the different pegs. It’s excellent quality too. Buy a lot of wooden toys and a lot aren’t nice quality but this one is beautiful.

Product description and pictures are not matching with the items received. Only cylinder came for all numbers and not the square one.

My 5 year old is starting to learn addition and subtraction at school so this is perfect. He loves it. My 2 year old loves joining in and playing with the number plates and putting the pegs into the holes
