I’m 5’6, 150lbs, and I am a woman. I ordered a medium. This is a men’s sized outfit. The pants fit, but were a tad tight through the hips as men’s hips are narrower than women’s, so I bought a pair of women’s pants to go with it. The tunic is also men’s sized and was a tad too large as it was made to accommodate a man’s shoulder and chest size. It fit fine in the chest as I am a DD cup, but the shoulders were a tad large and the sleeves quite a but too long. If you are a man, the medium should fit you just fine.

Medium you should be fine.. my son is slim 17 yrs. old 160 Lbs. 5’10 and fit him perfect. You can always staple it in if too long. It’s a smooth fabric.
