I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with these electric patio heaters. I purchased two of them, and they've added a lot of warmth and joy to my outdoor space. Here's why I'm so pleased:First off, these heaters are impressively well-built. Unpacking them, I was pleased to see that they are made from high-quality materials, free from any cheap or flimsy components. I am not the most handy person, so assembling them did require the help of another person, and it took a bit of time, but it was a manageable task with a 10mm socket, a 19mm socket, and a trusty Philips screwdriver.The resulting setup is rock-solid, free from wobbling or instability. Once they were assembled, we eagerly plugged them in, and they didn't disappoint. These heaters quickly filled our patio with comforting warmth, making our outdoor gatherings cozy and enjoyable, even in cooler weather. These have essentially turned my outdoor patio into a four season space!One notable point is that I bought two of these heaters, and both have been working reliably. However, just before hitting the one-year mark, one of them had a minor issue with the thermostat. It would work for a few minutes and then suddenly shut itself off. I was a bit concerned, but the company's customer service came through swiftly. They provided a new part and clear instructions on how to replace it, and I had the heater up and running in no time.These heaters have truly transformed my outdoor space into a welcoming haven. They may not be the flashiest feature, but they certainly are the heart of my outdoor gatherings. If you're looking to enhance your outdoor experience and enjoy the warmth of the great outdoors, these electric patio heaters are a dependable choice.

Needs 2 people to assemble as it is heavy - good thing as it is very stable due to weight. One part was damaged in shipping but manufacturer provided replacement within a week. Provides warmth for small table - 4 seater. Nice looking, simple to use but on off switch can easily be knocked on. Would like it to be on a less exposed location.

Wires in the heating element head unit popped out of their seal during assembly as you have to force, thick wire into a compact space in order to assemble (step 3 of instructions). After wasting more than an hour trying to take their horrible installation photos into the reality of an actual assembly, I determined it was not build well, as I realized the loose wires coming out of the head would be right next to a very hot heating unit.They should pre-assemble steps 1 - 3 to eliminate this issue! They place multiple postcards in the box stating they have “award winning support” That is complete BS. I tried calling multiple times, to both customer service and technical support and got “leave us a message” recordings every time. They did not return any of my calls so far. I am returning the product which is heave and cumbersome.What a waste of time and money!!

So far I love this heater. I bought it in May and used it a few times, maybe ten times for about an hour or so.Now that it September and nights are cooler I have started using it again almost every day since the last week in August; even occasionally during the day. The average length of time of use each use was about 2 1/2 hours. No problems so far.I love the almost instantaneous heat that I get from the infrared light. You have to make sure that you adjust it so that heat is directed toward you. I don't think that this type of heat is supposed to heat an area or space really well. But it does a terrific job of I almost instantaneously heating a few body's that it turned and adjusted toward.The only thing I'm not too crazy about is the red glow it throws off when on. I would rather light a candle or lamp for more discreet lighting.I read some reviews; aside from those that had problems from day one or so; that people had no problems with it until quite a bit after they purchased it.Even a year later after coming out of storage. So, I'm crossing my fingers that a year (or 2 or 3 maybe 4) from now it will still be rocking along. Maybe I'll update the status of my heater performance in May.I bought mine is used, good condition, from Amazon Warehouse Deals.

I purchased 2 of these patio heaters. One works perfect but the other one will only stay on for 5-10 then shuts itself off. It has done this from the first time I used it. Not sure why but it has to set for a while before you can turn it on again. I waited 2 weeks too late to reach out to the seller and am past any warranty date, all my fault. Procrastinated too long. 3 star rating because of 1 working perfectly and would have been 5 stars if the other one didn't have issues. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and heats my front porch nicely for the size.
