First TacticalSummit Side Satchel

I've been looking to down-size from my backpack for my daily carry for some time and pulled the trigger on this bag a few months ago. I am very impressed by the quality. Materials, stitching, and hardware all appear to be very good quality and are holding up extremely well after several months of daily use and several flights. The dimensions listed in the description are accurate. The main compartment will fit a 2020 13" Macbook Pro (12" x 8.4" x 0.6") as others have stated. The padded laptop pouch is too small for my 13" Macbook Pro, but a perfect fit for my 11" iPad pro with a folio case (10" x 7.6" x 0.6"). Just as a test I also attempted to put my 2017 15" Macbook Pro (13.8" x 9.5" x 0.6") in the main compartment, just to see if it would fit. While I could physically fit the 15" MBP into the main compartment, I would not recommend it as it pushes out the sides of the bag to the point of extending beyond the main closure flap - just to give you an idea of the capacity of the main compartment.Overall I am very happy with the thoughtful layout and design of this bag. It is not under-sized for my needs at all and I don't feel overloaded whether I am walking, bicycling, driving, or flying. It is the perfect travel companion to my day-pack on longer trips and I prefer to travel light. I can comfortably carry my 13" Macbook Pro, my 11" iPad Pro, all their cords, chargers, and dongles, as well as a host of EDC necessities (knife, flashlight, small first aid kit, etc.) without overloading the bag. Quality is great and attention to detail in design and practical layout easily earn this bag 5 stars.

Great bag! Love it, but slightly too small for what I carry but can’t reduce my load-out much further. I carry a 2017 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar; it will not fit in the laptop pocket. I carry an iPad Pro 9.7 and just put it in the laptop pocket. With both device’s chargers and cables and two portable phone battery packs, I am about maxed-out in depth of this bag.Well made and organization is good.

First out, this is a really well constructed bag. The stitching, material, shoulder strap etc, is all quality material and really well put together.That said, the area that's padded for carrying a laptop isn't big enough to carry a 13 inch screen Macbook Pro - this is due to the bag getting narrower about halfway into it's depth. It's a tight squeeze to begin with, but unfortunately can't accommodate anything much larger than a tablet, iPad etc.

1st: Love the style construction and durability of this bag.However, while the main compartment is 12.5" wide, the computer compartment is more like 11.5" wide ... just too small for my 12" wide laptopTheir next size up (that I found) is 18" wide. The point was to find a smaller bag that that.I like the rest of this bag enough that I am sorely tempted to cut apart the stitching and extend the inner compartment for that extra 1/2 inch.

Great setup but to small!Make it 2 inches larger overall and you have a hit on your hands.

As per the description, my notebook Dell Latitude E7440 @ 14", A4 size writing notebook, dell charger, Logitech's mouse, pencil case, sunglasses, wallet, Ipad 4 9.7", key chains and minimal small items fit into the bag. Compact, durable material as well as handy to move around. As I always on the go between meetings, the First Tactical bag serves my purpose to be mobile with confidence. Excellent bag.

I love this bag. It's construction is really nice and it's very roomy. It is my edc go to pack and I couldn't be happier.

Bought this for my husband and he was very happy. His only comment was that it was smaller than he expected.

Diese Tasche wurde mir empfohlen und ich bin überglücklich mit ihr! Die Tasche hat extrem praktische und vielseitige Stau- und Befestigungsmöglichkeiten und es gibt kein Suchen mehr. Alles ist -- wie in einer gut aufgeräumten Werkstatt -- an seinem Platz und zugriffsbereit. Zahlreiche durchdachte Details wie geschützes (Sonnen-)Brillenfach, wahlweise Klick- oder Klettverschluss für die große Tasche (Klettflächen abdeckbar, Abdecker bei Nichtbenutzung unter Klettfläche verstaubar), super Polsterung des Tragegurts uvm. Und die Tasche sieht sehr gut aus, in der von mir gewählten schwarzen Variante völlig zurückhaltend und auf den ersten und zweiten Blick regelrecht zivil, daher überall passend zu tragen. Ich bin begeistert!
