found myself doing a lot of timelapse photography now and since my gopro will be on for multiple days i have connected this to a POE switch and plugged the USB C part of the splitter in the gopro to get constand power to charge the device. this has given me peace of mind knowing that my timelapse can go on for multiple days and i do not need to worry about plugs or battery packs that will eventually go flat

Used to power a raspberry PI, has been in service for 6 months now and has been faultless.

Didn't quite have enough watts to power an eero router but charges other things.

Bought 2 of these - both failed as they dont make a proper connection to the device. On inspection the RJ45 connector has been pressed too deeply, meaning teh pins dont make a reliable contact in the device socket. PoE works fine.Expensive for the poor quality

I recently had Giganet install an ONT – they wouldn't install it near the rest of my networking gear so I brought the network to it (so to speak) 😅The ONT I was given has a 2.5mm barrel plug running at 12v and drawing a maximum of 0.6A so this 12v/2A PoE adapter was the perfect choice ⚡I measured the inner/outer diameter with a set of digital callipers but the inner (ID) was tricky so I found a 2.5mm drill bit and dropped that down the barrel – the fit was snug so I went ahead with the purchase.Using a Unifi PoE injector between the WAN port on my router and the patch panel / wall port for the ONT, I plugged everything in and the ONT fired up without delay 🥳Still achieving 1gbps symmetrical via Giganet and I can now run my home network off a single UPS in the 'server room' (aka a small cupboard 😆)

Bought this to power my Eufy E330 camera. Works well for my application as my device only draws 5V 2A. I can’t speak to the advertised power, but works flawlessly for my use case. I would recommend the device.

Used this to pull 5 volts from Poe to power a raspberry pi 4 and it works great, got a couple ordered now to pull 12 volts for a couple of older security cameras

Acheté pour alimenter une passerelle TADO qui plantait de temps en temps en étant alimentée par le port USB d'un mini PC. A voir dans le temps si mon problème venait de là, mais en tous cas le produit remplit parfaitement son rôle et permet d'améliorer un peu le cable management !

Betrifft die 5,5x2,5mm Variante mit 2A: Habe einen PoE-Switch, der denselben Standard wie der Splitter unterstützt: 802.3af/at. Funktioniert perfekt, versorge via PoE einen FRITZ!Repeater 6000 und eine FRITZ!Box 4060 als Repeater konfiguriert. Die 4060 hat zwar 2,5 A Aufnahme aufgedruckt, da aber bei mir nix an der 4060 angeschlossen ist kappt das tadellos!
