Coloring for Cheese - 2oz.

Works well but be careful to not use too much, I did and it got really dark.

Used in cheese making to add a little color. Packaged well and mixed into the cheese well.

Added the exact amount the tutorial said for our Colby, and it's perfect!

I used this in an attempt to get the cheese to come out red (special order for Halloween) but no matter how I tried, it came out orange, no red tint at all. I don't use cheese dye in my cheesemaking, but - special order & all, gave it a shot. If you're looking to make a red cheese, this will not work no matter how much you add.

I made cheddar cheese for the 2nd time and used this coloring. I had no problems with it. My cheese is the same color as what is on the grocery store. I'm happy with it and would buy it again. I make 5 pounds of cheddar cheese once a month now. This will last me a long time.

This will color your cheese not fought the color that I wanted to choose to turn out but least to add color instead of Ben while I make goat's milk cheese didn't affect the flavor the overall I need some product

Amazing product

I use this to give color to butter. It doesn't contribute to the taste the way carrot juice, another alternative, might, and it doesn't take much to make a big difference. I'm very happy with our purchase and plan to buy more in the future. I'd recommend this to anyone who loved making cheese or butter.
