Confortable and easy to install.

I really like these. Only locks on inside leaving plastic on bar ends that do not scratch my car. Finding the right angle is a little tricky but once I was dialed in they were great. During installation I did destroy the rubber bar end fillers but they work fine without them.

I have an older mountain bike that I use mostly for pavement and light gravel rides. Original grips were starting to deteriorate due to age. Being a more "mature" person, I wanted something to offer more comfort. These grips were just what I needed. Installation is easy and have now been on my bike for several months with no issues.

These are soft to the right and far more comfortable than my original grips. As far as the build quality goes, I can't really critique it. They are just a solid piece of plastic with some over-moulded rubber.The main issue with these is that the hardware such as the screws and recessed nuts are very low grade metal so you cannot get much clamping force out of them. I had to wrap painters tape around my handlebars to get a friction fit before I could tighten these enough to not slide and rotate on the handlebars.If these had a little extra clamping ability and higher quality fasteners these would be a 5/5.

Before this handle, I would get a light cramp in my hands from holding the handle bar on 14+mile rides. This is durable, feels strong, and a great improvement.
