I used this one time. Mostly for my neck and lower back. It felt ok while using but when I woke up the next day I felt like I had bruises all over my neck and back. While I didn’t have visible bruising, my skin hurt. I haven’t used it since.

This thing is super cool. Just had a baby and needed something to help with the tension from feeding and holding her. The wrap part is long enough you can easily hold onto it to keep it against your back. The massagers are a little hard so that took some getting used to to figure out the pressure. Overall though really great to work out knots and pain.

I bought it for my mom that has a back problem and she loves it the best gift she said ever, but took a very long while to be delivered😕

Plug in to charge or use?This product requires a constant power connection to use. It does not charge. It does come with a wall and car plug in but I find the pictures deceptive, as the woman's hand is covering where the plug goes. The pictures clearly show no plug in on the device itself. I was very disappointed. I got this for a gift but the giftee does not want to be plugged into a wall all the time. I may return it. For the same price, there are similar products that hold a charge.As for the product itself, there is no option for it to stop randomly rotate the other way after about 10 seconds. Super distracting and not relaxing at all. You cannot have this directly on bare skin without feeling punched. The warming is nice, but it's ridiculously loud. For 60 bucks, I expected a lot better. I think they blew their budget on the bag, which by the way, is missing teeth on the zipper, although it appears very nice and thick. This whole product is faux-fancy. Don't waste your money, go buy something else, seriously.EDIT: if you mash the middle button a good few times, I can't tell how many times, it seems random, it will stop changing rotations. I've ended up keeping it for myself but the cord isn't very long, I only have 2 places in my house I can sit close enough to get this plugged in and even then, it's a stretch. The outlet is behind my couch, and it's almost too short to reach whole I sit on the couch. Extension cord will probably help but tbh if they have a corded massage, make the cord longer, so you can relax and sit comfy. It's barely a meter long.

I bought one similar to this for myself but I love this one more which I’m gifting for couple reasons: it has extendable arm rests; it comes with a carrying bag. I love the quality and it looks more expensive than what I paid… great value for money spent. The four balls on the massager are great and I love that they are heated too!

Well, it was a few days late, but today being my first time trying the Massager, I find it EXCELLENT! I’ve had a deep muscle knot in my lower back for over a decade and already I was able to work out a lot of it. I do understand that it will take time to reconstruct my muscle memory, but I feel I’m finally able to get some relief. As a bonus, I’m able to adapt this massager to other not so knotted but tense areas. How did I live without it? Thanks!

Très facile à utiliser. On met soi même la pression que l’on veut en s’appuyant sur les sangles. Procure une détente intéressante aux muscles du cou et des épaules. La chaleur détend encore mieux les tensions . Très bien aussi pour tout le dos . On choisi la vitesse et le sens de rotation selon le besoin spécifique.Les mouvements rotatifs sont très bien coordonnés : sensations semblables à un massage sur chaise , effet ‘massothérapeute ‘ assez surprenant !! Préférable de garder une couche de vêtement léger sur la peau et de dégager les cheveux .J’avais de bonnes tensions aux trapèzes…frissons garantis lors des premières utilisations ! Et détente qui s’ensuit.Chaque personne de mon entourage l’ayant essayé a été très satisfaite ( et en veut un !)Je l’ai apporter lors d’une sortie plein air week end en chalet . Après la journée de sport tout le monde voulait l’essayer.Devant le feu de foyer en fin de journée ..c’est un complément de bonheur garanti .Pour des personnes avec une carrure imposante le modèle est peut être un peu petit .Oui je recommande ce produit .

Young adult son likes it for in between massage therapy sessions after soft tissue injury to neck and says it really helps. It's not strong enough for me at 40yrs old who works at computer 8 hours a day for past 20 years, I need to pull the straps too hard for deep, strong massage and it would bend my neck and head downwards. Otherwise, sturdy and good quality.
