I feel amazing since taking it, the bottle says to take 9 a day I take 4 and give or take 2 more if I’m feeling extra tired that day but I feel extremely good, I have mental clarity, I concentrate better, I have great energy, I’m in a great mood, I have zero anxiety which I had a huge problem with before and I sleep amazing. It doesn’t taste like anything and works like a charm. I recommend you wait for a sale and bulk up, it’s a bit pricey but totally worth it.

After finally pulling the trigger on trying Lions Mane, I started looking for reputable sources online. Tons of places sell it, however sometimes the dosages can be lower, or missing completely. The company behind this is reputable and trustworthy, so I chose them. It doesn't affect you 5 minutes after taking, you do have to give it a few days, but my recall, focus, and cognition has increased noticeably without any major side affects. I have noticed more interest in learning, but that could be part of a placebo, or the ability to stay focused and recall what I read hours ago or the day(s) before. My creativity has increased, but slightly. I believe the desire to learn more might have contributed more to that, however I am not completely sure. I have been taking this product for about 5 months and plan on continuing to take it for the foreseeable future. Recommended dosage goes up to 9 pills per day, the half life is long so timing doesn't play a huge part. I take 10, but that is only me and shouldn't be followed by others without doctors approval and DYOR. Overall, yes I would recommend it, and yes I will purchase more.

I'm sure these work if you read the directions very carefully. Like a dummy (putting it nicely) I did not. I got these May 14th 2025. I took 9 because that's what it says in the big print. In the finer print it tells you 1 for first time users. It is May 18th 2025 and my body still feels uncomfortable, but better.The first night I was so uncomfortable and that's an understatement (the statement "If I couldonly have a dose of energy of a child") that was me 10x. I could not stop moving and my brain kept telling me it was time to sleep. My body was saying nope it's time to move. The sensation was insane.The next day I was in so much pain from my waist down. When I say pain I mean it. I've had mcl, acl, and meniscus torn and didn't get it looked at for 3 days (knee surgery), c section, and this was worse. All I wanted to was sleep it off. Emotionally I was a complete mess. I was laughing, crying, and irritated, but utterly exhausted. Thank goodness I have people in my life that love me.Yesterday I felt better but still antsy if you ever dealt with restless leg syndrome think of that. Today I'm tired my body feels skitterish like skin crawling still, but managble.There were tons of times I wanted to go to the hospital, but I kept telling myself I got this and there's probably not much they can do. I also didn't want to take a bed from someone in desperate need.I'm keeping the bottle as a reminder of what I went through. Also to remind myself I am 1 tough cookie even when being dumb.Good luck but again please be careful. I would hate for someone to go through what I did.

Yeah now I don't notice anything after the first day. Not noticing anything different anymore.

My husband loves these so much. He would repurchase them but they are pricey. No complaints about the price because it’s worth it for the mental clarity purposes. Will repurchase when I get a raise or something lol.

Absolutely love taking vitamins and supplements. This is my everyday routine for now on. I get more use out of my time and energy. The cognitive focus and energy to do more and be creative is greatly appreciated and am putting it to good use with daily task. Work, live, play repeat.
