Basic Black 3 Tray Worm Composter

I’m completely disappointed at the fact that ITS ONLY THE TRAYS! YOU DO NOT GET WHATS IN THE PICTURE &&& I paid how much for this ?!? Utterly disappointing. Even more so the cocopeat that comes with it and newspaper won’t do you any good. I was really hoping to try this worm factory but I guess I was better off sticking to my homemade container bins

Easy to set up and assemble. The sticker on the lid with a list of do’s and don’t’s is very helpful. They also offer a great deal of info and support. I had a challenge finding a couple ingredients as I wanted to make the home perfect before my worms arrived - the manufacturer reached out to me and offered to send additional items (pumice and minerals) free of charge. Great service. They also told me they are making updates to their getting started instruction that comes with the kit.

I have had a worm farm for over 10 years and was purchasing replacement trays. The previous trays were four years old that I could not get customer service to replace them on a five year warranty The description of the set is completely inaccurate. There are two little tiny bags of newspaper and coir fiber, not the block shown in the photos. This should be half the price for what you are provided. I highly recommend finding another supplier.

Only upon receipt did I discover that the USDA recommends that the leachate should not be used on edible plants, and thus presumably on vegetable plants. The link to the ‘free access 80 page manual’ was broken and simply took me to a site hawking domain names. An email to the seller today about the manual has received no response thus far. Happy to be able to recycle kitchen scraps but feeling a bit misled, particularly at the price of the product.

The only thing sent were the 3 trays. No stand, no cover, no spigot, no worm ladder and no worm supplies.
