Great book in you want to learn to build web products
Great guide easy to follow the online resources are easy to download/clone.One thing I really like about this book is it's not just random stuff you won't really build outside for the sake of it. You learn to work with CMS systems and build things you would build like a store and how to do authentication.

A Gentle Introduction to Next.js
I've recently been learning Node.js, Express.js and React.js so I wanted to find out more about Next.js (and Gatsby.js).The official Next.js website has some good documentation and a lot of example code to show how it integrates with all manner of packages for backends, css etc. which is a great basis for getting started. The selection of Next.js books is not huge so I selected this as the most suitable and here is my experience:It's a good introduction which covers the basic architecture and also has a more substantial project in the final chapters. It covers all the essential things - generating pages, routing, fetching data, context and state and custom servers. On reflection I feel the book would greatly improved if the index was more detailed as it's not easy to locate particular information (eg getStaticProps) and also that some useful functions are omitted eg) catchall routes.A good book worth buying but could easily have been much better.

A Comprehensive look into Next.js
Explains the core concepts well after which you are given a wealth of knowledge of how to leverage the framework in a wide range of applications. As someone who develops with Next.js everyday, I can foresee myself returning to the book to reexplore concepts and ideas that can be implemented in to my future projects.
