This thing is very powerful, and works better than my floss string. So far a good product!------------After around two weeks' use, this product proved that what I said before is right. The water floss string can be soft and comfortable when the strength level is around 1-5, which can clean your gem using the power of nature-- water to make these bacteria and germ flow away, it is so simple and powerful. As for the level between 5-10, it is a little strong for me, which is only my personal opinion. But at that level, the strength of it is a lot, by a lot, I mean really a lot. I used that mode for couple seconds only to clean the big food debris between my tooth. So far a pleased purchase.

I am a tall man and found the cord for this too short. the base would pull towards me like a toy train pulling forward spilling water, I was not able to use the device effectively because of this issue. Apparently it was only tested on shorter subjects during testing in China. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU ARE TALL... Unit returned.If you are shorter the device works well, is well made, has a strong burst of water and is a good value compared to price. My previous unit from another manufacturer hose was twice as long as this making it easy to use.

I'm very happy with this water flosser. I love the multiple attachments it has as well. The nice part about this unit is that you are able to adjust the water pressure on the machine, while controlling the water with the handpiece.

I bought this item from the seller, Manyjin. I took one look and decided to return it. The item shipped in original manufacture box with no protection. It was pretty damage. Plus it did not come with 7 tips. Is this manufacturer problem or this awful bad seller?

I really like this one, I will never go back to an irrigator that requires batteries. This one has a good strong flow. I like it a lot.

If you leave water in the tank overnight it leaks all over counter top.
