I suffer from Bipolar Disorder and depression always hits me around the Winter time. Great supplement and I will probably take it for a very long time. *Update 2* 2/13/20 Started getting really bad leg pain that I traced to this supplement and idk if it's a common side effect but I had to stop taking it for that reason.
