I went through a few years where I couldn't eat, and I was so weak I could barely move. One of the issues was lack of iron, and iron supplementation is usually a nightmare. Not with this. I could literally feel my body steering to create enzymes within a minute of taking this stuff. I thought that was impossible, but it seemed the body can respond to the presence of iron and begin making certain enzymes very rapidly, so that wasn't my imagination. But the best thing about this product is that it's quickly and easily absorbed, and what you don't need will pass through the system easily.
