Wonderful yummy bread. I suppose the addition of apple sauce adds to the flavor and moisture! I’ve given friends and they love it!

Bought this before and enjoyed. Made it this time, had black chunks, not sure if that was supposed to be the apples and they went bad. Threw it out.

This was the worst mix I have ever used. The Trader Joes quick pumpkin bread is amazingThis was disappointing, uncooked although toothpick came out clean. It was embarrassing to serve this at my Thanksgiving table!

I guess I play more with the big boys - Betty and Duncan and expect mixes to be complete? Given that the name of this product is "Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread and Muffin Mix" I expected the emphasis to be on the bread . . . my mistake. The writeup said "just add water, oil, and eggs." Generally, the ingredients don't differ between the bread and muffins, just often the amounts of each. I don't think it is very ethical not to add that the bread requires the addition of applesauce. You don't see that until you start to make it and review the ingredients. I don't keep applesauce on hand because it now comes in such big jars at my store - and this only needs 1/2 cup. Good flavor and texture but won't buy it again as much in protest as anything.

The cookies were very broken up into chunks and crumbs. I can eat the chunks like cookies, and for the crumbs, I’ll have to pour them in a bowl to eat with a spoon. I’m not very happy about this.

This bread does not even have a taste of apple or cinnamon. Will not buy again

These are okay... but not something I will buy again. They are kind of dry and come out small.
