I tried the e.l.f. Hydrating Core Lip Shine in the shade Delightful, and I really like how it looks and feels. The color is a soft, pretty pink that’s perfect for everyday wear. So glad I discovered these. It's just a great everyday lip tint and moisturizer. Good for people like me who don't like to wear lipstick. I will either wear this or a tinted lip gloss. I almost didn't even try it after reading a few reviews saying it had a weird smell or taste or something. I don't find that to be the case at all. Or maybe the formula has changed. But the ones I have purchased have virtually no scent, except maybe a very faint scent of something sweet like....papaya maybe. I barely notice it. Also, I think the heart design in the middle of the produce is unique and cute. I have these in several colors.

It is so much more purple/brownish in person i thought it would be more deep berry colored.Very shiny, nice on the lips, hydrating.It has an intense artifical watermelon smell, take that as you will.

I took the ecstatic tint and let me tell you, it is THE best. This E.L.F product by far my favorite and the best lip balm. It always hydrates my desert-like lips and the small, but beautiful tint is perfect for any occasion.it is not very sticky but at the same time sticky enough for people who need a lot of lip balm. I would say that this is a steal for its price. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who has dried lips all of the time, any events coming up, and just at home. 5 stars for sure.

These are just meh for me. I ordered Ecstatic and Happy. Ecstatic (which is supposed to be the dupe to Black Honey) pulls a little bit darker purple on me than Black Honey. I’m very fair-skinned and it just looked more garish than natural. Happy looked more natural on me, as it is a nice, neutral pink. Two reasons I won’t buy again - The longevity, like Black Honey, just isn’t there. I put some on, ate a snack half an hour later, and it was gone. Second, and the deal breaker, is the smell. There is a very strong melon-like smell/taste. It’s almost too much. It comes across sickeningly sweet and is a major turn off. If they took the fragrance/flavor out, I would consider buying again. Until then, these will probably be relegated to glove compartment back-ups in my car.

My favorite tinted lip balm!! I got the shade in ECSTATIC which is absolutely beautiful! I’m a warm tone tan girl and definitely wanted a nice tinted lip balm. I wanted to see how deep the color went so here’s an example of it. Of course there’s more of a purple tint in person but not overbearing. I like the color it gives my lips after 1-2 swipes. Aside from that, the feel of it is just like regular lip balm, glides on smoothly and really 1-2 swipes is all you need to keep those lips hydrated! Very happy with the price and product!

Love the color, a sheer berry. Glides so smooth and hydrating. Color lasts a long while and is so pretty. This is definitely worth to purchase.

It works. It does tint. It however does have this weird, strong taste and smell to it though. It is not sticky and applies well.
