The product seems to work as advertised and the quality seems good. BUT - somebody that is a native English speaker and knows about lab equipment should have reviewed the instructions. the basic operation is simple enough but there are paragraphs about "correcting sensor errors" and "self tuning" that are impossible to understand. one or two well-written sentences would take care of it. What does "self tuning" mean? - resetting the calibration? What is a "PID Parameter" ? and so forth. There seems to be a timer function but there is no hint regarding how it is used. The unit is good quality but without real instructions the average user won't be able to adjust the unit or set a time.

Very disappointed that I received a unit that was clearly used. The nuts were corroded and there were signs of use in other places as well. So I had to return it and this caused a lot of extra work for my team and delayed our project by weeks.Note to the manufacturer: I am open to receiving a quick replacement that is brand new and QC tested. If you don't do so, then I think you should remove the following statement from your website: What's our philosophy? Produce every product with heart, sincerely create value for customers, and make every customer satisfied is our original intention.

This product does not have a low water cutoff protection sensor. It claims to have a float that will cut power if the water level goes too low from evaporation. This is deceptive marketing and a safety issue. Not having this protection and being lead to believe it does is even worse than not having the protection at all.
