It's hard to find a good toothpaste without glycerin, so I was happy to find this. The texture is like grainy paste, and the flavor is salty and earthy to me. I do think it's helping with hot and cold sensativity, and definitly remineralizing areas which are weak in my teeth. I highly recommend and will be getting the mint flavor next time. Also, this small size lasted me a month. Maybe I used to much, I did expect it to last longer.
