Resolved my issue. I'm happy =)
Bought one of these after my extruder head wasn't feeding filament and was "clicking." Happy to say it fixed the issue! I must've damaged the original cable somehow. It does kinda suck it's like $60 for a cable but I can only grumble so much when the original printer was a lot more than that.

商品名は 「M200/M200 Plus用」で、Plus用のアダプターが付いているように見えます。届いた物は30ｃｍ以上長いＭ３００用？でした。私の機械はM200なので何とか使えますがM200Plusの人にコレが届いたら、即返品です。
