Best portable streamline electric skillet I've ever owned. The ceramic coating allowed me to cook bacon, eggs and pancakes all at once as it has a removable drip pan and you just direct the grease into tray. I learned something new, don't use PAM spray on ceramic surfaces as the oils in the spray create gummy residue on cooking surface. No oils needed and nothing stuck to the pan. Easy cleanup and breakfast for dinner was fast, easy and delicious.👌😊

Have used weekly since purchase in April 2024. Still very nonstick and is easy to clean the last year and a half. Not perfect (some brands are slightly more nonstick) but little to complain about. Have used at least weekly if not 2-3 times a week at times. Photo taken late September 2025. Here are a few tips tips to help it last longer: -clean with non abrasive side of sponge with normal dish soap. -for when things stick and cook on (berries in pancakes for instance), use a baking soda paste to gently rub off. -turn on to 250°, let heat up and reach temp. Then wait a few minutes to turn to 350 or above. Slowly warming lengthens life. - use some sort of oil every time, never cook without it.

For how inexpensive this is, it’s a great griddle. Yes, you won’t get perfectly even color pancakes cuz there’s a clear line from the heating element on the pancakes, but that doesn’t bother me. They still taste great :) I don’t think the temperature control is very accurate, it’s more like “less hot” and “more hot” and when it’s on the “less hot” it can get surprisingly cool in between when the heating element kicks in (only noticed this when making quesadillas with GF tortillas and didn’t want them to get crispy so I used a lower temp). For more consistent heat I recommend pre-heating the griddle while you mix your batter/prep ingredients, and cook at a slightly lower temp than you might normally think you would use. Due to health issues I make Paleo vegan pancakes, so they cook different than normal pancakes anyway, but I think “low and slow” is the key with this griddle. And like other reviewers said, the non-stick surface is super slick! But I like it cuz it means *nothing* sticks to it, so it’s easy cleanup. To protect this ice-rink slick surface I recommend washing it as soon as the griddle cools cuz if you let the grease sit too long it will be a little tougher to wipe clean and can create a sticky buildup over time if you don’t clean it all off each time. No need for elbow grease, just hot soapy water and a gentle wipe with a sponge takes care of it. PROS: easy to clean, very lightweight, long and skinny design makes it easier to store in cabinet, great price, CONS: takes a bit to learn the temperature “personality” of the griddle, can definitely see the line from heating element on your pancakes, super slick surface might make it harder to flip pancakes ;) OVERALL: if you’re looking for an inexpensive griddle I think this is a great option.

I was looking for an electric griddle that I could use to make large batches of pancakes more quickly and efficiently as I like to make a bunch and freeze them for quick breakfasts. This griddle does not disappoint! It heats up really quickly and seems to have really good heat distribution! The temperature control does seem to be a tad sensitive since even the slightest turn of the knob can cause a huge temperature change but as long as I remember that, it is not a big deal. I wasn't sure by other reviews that I read/pictures I looked at, but I have been able to make 8-10 decent sized (not baby sized) pancakes at once which was one of my major concerns when purchasing as I do often triple/quadruple my recipes so that I can freeze them. As other reviewers have said, this griddle is EXTREMELY non-stick and sometimes the use of two spatulas for flipping is required but I would much rather have this problem than the opposite. I do butter the griddle which is unnecessary but I feel it makes my pancakes tastier and love a little crisp to them sometimes. I also use this griddle to warm up a lot of tortillas at once when making big batches of tacos and it works great for that! I've used it to make quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches, and even to warm up foods like pizza or waffles that get soggy in the microwave (usually I still microwave them first because it's faster and then just throw them on the griddle for a minute to crisp up the bottom). Overall, this griddle is just what I needed and SUCH a great price. I am hoping it lasts a while but I have several other Bella products that have lasted over the years so I am not too concerned about this thing quitting on me anytime soon, even with frequent use!

I love the nonstick ceramic surface on this, it is so easy to clean. Lots of space for cooking definitely could prepare a whole breakfast (bacon, eggs, pancakes) at the same time. I included a quick demo to show how easy pancakes are to flip and how fast and easy cleanup is.

First time use review. I'll update if my opinion about the product changes. The griddle is light. It has a supposedly safe coating. I washed then tested the griddle. 1st test- fried eggs. Turned out perfectly. I let the it warm up for A few minutes. The instructions say 10 minute warm up, but that was way too long. It runs hot I think, but I never use temp gauge for cooking, just watch the oil or butter for temps. Like another review said, you need 2 spatulas to get stuff up because it's so NON STICK that food slides all over. 2nd test- Pancakes. Perfect. I made a huge double batch. All perfect. No hot or cold spots. 2 spatulas again to keep the pancakes from sliding around. So fast I love it. Easily 5 large pancakes at a time. And understand non stick still requires oil to cook. The cord is ridiculously short. I added a pic. Apparently to keep morons from tripping on the cord. Because people trip on griddle cords. =/ Besides that, I'm happy with this griddle and recommend.

Made great pancakes, nice and fluff. Best bacon and eggs. Easy to clean. Love this grill highly recommend.

Titanium ceramic nonstick works great! I've used it for a large batch of pancakes and some fried eggs so far, and everything works great! The warm up period is quite short and it's ready to use our of the box. One thing I did notice is that there are some portions which are distinctly hotter than others, but once you have that mapped out it's great.
