Q: I bought this same bottle 32 oz. professional for less than $39 dollars a few months ago, why has the price changed?

Q: This says "gel pump", but the photo shows the spray. Is this the colorless gel with a pump, or is it the spray?

I ordered this same item 13431 and after realizing this was not the same "pump" on other bottles I sent an e-mail to the company. No answer except already shipped. Somehow the order went from SouthernCalifornia to South Dakota to the Gulf Coast!! But when it arrived it was 32 oz. colorless with a genuine "pump" head on top -- not the one pictured. Hope this helps.

If you mean what is the difference between “professional” and “regular”. The “professional” which is this one has a Stronger pain relief.

Q: Can this be shipped w/a "regular cap" and the pump included? This would be good to avoid leakage during shipment.

This would be up to supplier. Just a regular bottle with screw on top. I had same problem with first one I ordered. Leaked all over inside of envelope. Ordered from different company and was fine but they had taped pump down.
