The wife LOVES this! That's all you need to know. Has all the features of a much more expensive model. I found it easy to install. 30 minutes max. All the plumbing fittings I needed were included. Other folks had an issue with leaking at the seat connection. Make sure you have the fitting inserted ALL THE WAY and the retaining clip is installed correctly. I did put a little grease on the o-ring before I inserted the fitting into the seat. We're on a well and still, the water pressure is great and constantly warm. The seat temperature is great. No issues with the remote whatsoever.

I love this seat. The best feature is the seat is always warm. I also appreciate the warm water. I also like the warm air dryer. My only complaint is that it takes forever to dry. I feel so clean and comfortable, and am saving money on toilet tissue. The spa and massage features are things I will never use.

This bidet has all the gadgets most people need, really wished though that it had a longer cord and the bidet and bottom washer were positioned a little lower for the heavier set individuals because it does boop them in the butt when extends out to do the washing.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is solid for the money. The pro are all the options. They just work like a half priced peice of equipment would work. The dryer is useless.. it hot enough. The water pressure is ok. The seat warmer is horrible it gets hot then cools right off. When I asked CS about this issue they said it is sopose to match the room temp. Why did I buy a heated seat then..the remote works good. The owner manual is a straight joke.. it tells you how to complete a task ie shutting on and off the deorizer (that I can't hear, which makes me think it isn't working. Or never did I should say.) My toto C5 makes noise when deorizing. So you don't know if the long beep is on or off. Who knows??? And don't get me started on the beeping!!! You can't stop it!! If this wasn't installed at my work then I would have returned it 100% just cause of the beeping. It beeps when I sit on it and beeps when I get up. I know when I'm sitting on the toilet and when im getting up. Uggggh so annoying. If you have OCD in any way don't get this due to the beeping that can't be turned off. Spend the extra 50 to 75 dollars and you will get a much better built product. One that the seat remains hot thru your BM. Ugh UPDATE AFTER 2 WEEKS -- you can not turn off the beep. The water is hit all.the wat thru, but what the seat thinks is hot is debatable. My toto C5 is much hotter. The dryer on the C5 is much hotter. This seat gets hotter on the second drying run. It's ok.UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS--- Still is working like the day I bought it. The seat could be a little warmer. If you ate buying this seat for the heated seat then pass on this one. The seat does not get very hot at all. My toto is 50x hotter than this model when It is on high. The water stays hot throughout the whole time. The dryer is very cold even on the hottest setting. I did give it one more star jus5 cause I feel like for 150 it isn't that bad of a purchase. The heated seat and the pressure of the water is the 2 most disappointing things about this unit. Other than those it is pretty decent

This bidet is amazing! All the features are great! I will not go back to a regular toilet seat. The hardest part was removing my old one. Keep I. Mind you need to have a wall socket next to or very close you your toilet.

Truly one of my best/favorite purchases of all time.Still running strong. Heated seat and wash is are game changers in MI winter.
