These are a lifesaver! I have Crohn’s and have trouble absorbing vitamins and minerals. I’m constantly battling anemia because I had yet to find an iron supplement that I could tolerate well. These do the trick! I don’t have nausea or constipation (I do take a fiber supplement) and saw quick results in my blood tests. I’m not all the way within normal range yet, but I’m out of the danger zone within a couple months. My doctor wasn’t aware of the biglycinate formulation and helped me calculate the right dosage. He also prescribed vitamin C to increase absorption and recommended I take the iron supplement every other day based on a recent study, also to improve absorption. I’m so glad to have finally found an iron supplement I can tolerate. My anemia symptoms are subsiding for the first time in years.

Bought this for my husband, who had a hemoglobin of 7.4 in late March. easy to swallow - no aftertaste

Have been using this brand for a good while now and I don’t think I’ll ever use another. It’s seen me through dealing with anemia during my younger years to now getting my iron higher during pregnancy with twins. I’ve been taking it with Magnesium and B12 to help with absorption and it gets the job done. It’s fantastic!
