I don't get migraines but my head will ache sometimes due to clenching my jaw at night, even though I wear a mouth guard. I have only worn the mask at room temp and for my needs and level of discomfort the coolness the mask retains, so far is sufficient and satisfies my needs. I feels so good on my eyes and temples and relieves me. I even almost fall asleep because it is so soothing. I can imagine that if I did suffer from migraines, a refrigerated or colder mask would be the ticket.

This helps ease the pain, and takes the edge off. Its made of soft material and it fits perfect. It doesnt get hard in the freezer which is exactly what she needed.

It’s okay, only stays cold for about 15 minutes and it slides off your head because the top is closed off but it definitely works for what it needs to do

Realmente funciona, mejora la migraña. Quizas no te la quite definitivamente, pero cuando tienes esos ataques de migrañas, esto sirve para calmar el dolor y poder hacer una vida normal mientras se te quita.

I purchased in hopes of relieving my headache and to avoid the use of OTC. Regular ice packs felt good but wouldn’t stay in place or cover the full area. I have used both the heat and cold compression it hasn't helped me much. And when it does help, the moment I take it off, it is right back to square one.The cap is comfortable and fits great though. I am able to walk around and do things while it is on so that is a plus I guess. It almost has the effect of a weighted blanket which I liked.

I have migraines and this is one of the best purchases I have made to help with relief. It is amazing. The cool and pressure are just what I need.
