The rubber is peeling off after 2 months of lite use. Is this normal?

Same thing happened with me within a couple of months. Got some Stiga Rackets this time.

Is this set for 2 players or 4? Contradicting info.

The set comes with 4 paddles so unless you plan on using 2 paddles per person it is for 4 people.
