One can use fork to press the infamous criss/cross imprint into the dough for a fancy result. Option to split into smaller size ball and make 18-20 cookies of a tad smaller size. These are really tasty and good. They require 1 egg and bake up nice and crunchy, but not hard, something like the consistency of shortbread, but not as hard. They have a mild peanut butter flavor with a mild sweetness so not overwhelming. Go well with ice cream, tea, or coffee. Great value. Instead of paying $5.00 - $6.00 for a box of cookies, these satisfy a sweet tooth or easy snack for much less. I stock up on them when my sweet tooth hits me. Great to share for movie night.

These are so convenient...and absolutely delish...I put a few carob chips on top of each rolled cookie dough before I bake them. So simple and a great price for a nice treat
