Not what I expected.
Book is teeny tiny for the $16.00. Gives examples of many types of oil paintings but I found its not a great "first timers" reference. More for intermediate painters, people who have done a few.

The entire info in this book is in all other Artists Library Series. Tried to return it but had to pay 60% of cost for shipping so decided will give this to someone who does not have it. Get it only if you don't have other ALS books.
