I am so pleased with this device. It is perfect after a long day at work to relax the shoulders and forearms. It has helped me cutdown on chiropractor appointments as I am able to get my muscles to relax. I enjoy the easy user face and that you can do guided therapy or self paced. I will definitely be recommending this to friends.

Was a great present gifted to me around 6-7 months ago and seemed functional upon arrival. However overtime, the efficiency and strength of the product seemed to diminish, even the charging seemed slower. As of now, my lyric does not even function as it states it needs an update through an app that does not exist. I tried factory resetting it, and reaching out to support, but have had no luck, and I’m stuck with a nonfunctional massager. I don’t know if this is a normal occurrence, but in my experience was not worth it and I would purchase a better quality one with possible warranty to avoid such issues in the future.

It's super light and doesn't vibrate much in the hand that holds it, yet it delivers a very solid and heavy massage. The long handle provides a lot of leverage and you can achieve a much pressure as you need.

Hello,After having the Lyric for less then a year, I have a main issue with the massager being stuck at high speed! Its an intense massage to say the least but would prefer to lessen the intensity! I have tried to reset but no such luck. Has anyone had this issue and how can you fix it? I have tried to go to the company site in hopes to find a solution but it is "under construction".Thanks! Once I figured out the different setting I fell in love with this messager. The extended handle is great for low back pain as well as tired leg muscles. It has a feature to connect to the internet but sure far I haven’t figured out why I’d want that. Overall good $ value.

I love the way my lyric massager helps with my lower back pain. It’s been something I’ve struggled with for the last 3 years. Most massagers don’t get to the areas I need them to or it hard to reach, but with the extender (that’s included) it’s so easy!

On my second unit. Won't connect to Wi-Fi. Nearly non-existent customer service. This has the potential to be a great product but they have absolutely horrible, virtually nonexistent customer service, so beware. I am now on my second lyric and have been unable to connect either to Wi-Fi. I keep reaching out and customer service just keeps telling me to make sure that my Wi-Fi is on. When the first unit couldn't connect and I told them obviously my wifi was on and that I was moreover standing right next to the router, they said to exchange. I exchanged and am having the same issue with my second unit. Customer service is now just telling me to make sure my wifi is on on my phone. It takes days to hear back and they keep sending basically the same response with no help actually troubleshooting. Absolutely do not recommend.

Pros:-Looks great (during the day)-Simple to use-Works well-Great handle, extension, base, etc.Cons:-Confusing menu options-Light bleeds through body, which makes it look awful at night-Charging base barely works or works only half the time-No place to put the handle extension
