PERFECTION + mango update
I consider myself a connoisseur of sour candy. Some people have a discernment for wine, or a palette for gourmet foods - mine is sour candy, and sour belts have been one of my favorites since I was a kid. My favorite shop at the mall was Sweet Factory and I would end up getting a $15 bag full of belts like this. And that was in the 90s - it’d probably cost over twice that now!So the value at this price ($12.19+tax) is insanely reasonable especially for the amount that you get and the quality of it. Super fresh & classicly sour.I got the “assorted” bag - I’m not sure which flavor the red and pink are exactly, maybe cherry & strawberry - but you can never go wrong with red candy. It’s still always the best. But the blue stripe and green are good too!! I could not ask for more and there’s nothing that could be improved on - I will definitely be buying this again.Note: people who complain that their tongue or roof of their mouth is “raw” or sore from this candy - why are you buying this? Have you never had sour candy before? That’s what it does! Sour candy that doesn’t cause that should not be be given the prestigious title of sour candy, imo. Anything less is just sugar-coated, not sour. So if it bothers you - take a break! Let your mouth heal! And definitely avoid hot sauce.UPDATE - I have since purchased 2 lbs bags of the assorted (an even BETTER deal than a 1lb bag) AND I have purchased the MANGO flavor - and WOW. I really feel it genuinely has mango flavor. I've never tasted a sour belt that tastes so much like the fruit it's trying to emulate. My friends say the Mango is the sourest of them all, so if you're a bit of a wuss about sour stuff, maybe avoid the Mango.Sour Pro Tip: Get the Berry Blueberry (same as the blue from the assorted pack) & Mango flavors and mix them in a bowl so you can eat them together. It's delicious! Goodbye teeth, hello diabetes, & RIP ME.

My dentist is gonna make BANK this year
These things are incredible. Full agreement with the other reviewer on here on these tasting just like sour strips. I got the mango ones and these bad boys pack a PUNCH. I gave one to the gal I'm seeing and she described them as "candy battery acid" and said "this candy is a threat" but my sister and I have been chowing down on these belty boys for two months. Don't eat too many in one go or you'll chemically exfoliate too many layers of your tongue away and everything you eat will make your mouth sting. Including water.Honestly, I'm not convinced either me or my sister will have any enamel left by the time we finish the bag. But for you, sweet sweet mango sour belts? That dentist bill will be worth it.

Stupid good!!
So, i kept seeing ads for Sour Strips brand candies on Instagram and did some looking on Amazon. 2 pounds fer 18 bucks! Ok, I'm in, order placed. Yeah, not Sour Strips, but c'mon how different could they really be?! Oh yes, my sweet candy belts finally arrive on my doorstep! I tear open the smiley face box and inside a sealed bag containing 2 pounds of sour goodness in various colors!! Such a day!! I get the bag open and inhale the vapors of both sweet and sour......oh my!! I reach in and grab a piece and dangle it above my mouth like a hot spaghetti noodle. Into my mouth it goes, the sour crystals hitting my tongue first and the belt folding in. Ooooo dat's sour!! Sooooo delicious and tasty! All the different colors are consumed and all spectacularly yummy!! As mentioned by other reviewers these probably aren't good for your teeth, but what candy is?!! I'm pretty sure they can be enjoyed with or without chompers!! I'll take my chances!!

They taste very fresh
They're piled in the bag pretty good, a pound of sour belts is a LOT of sour belts. They're soft too, not the stiffer kind. They remind me of the belts from Candy Club, but are a much better value here. They taste really good too, no weird flavors here (I got the mixed bag, with green, blue, and two different reds). It would make a great gift to anybody who likes sour candy, as they do have a good kick.Make sure to rinse your mouth out after eating, to wash some of the acid/sugar away from your teeth. Wait 30-60 minutes to brush, as the acid in the candy temporarily softens the enamel on your teeth. The candy is great, 10/10, but this kind of sour candy is your teeth's worst enemy. Remember to rinse!

Tastes just like Sour Strips
I suspect sour strips are the same as this, repackaged from the same place in the netherlands. Which is great, since these are half the price, and honestly tasted a bit more sour. A pretty good deal, and imo tastes kinda like Lucas Mango, even though my friend says they don't and instead tastes like pina colada.

Good
I love sour candy, so it was nice to finally find some that actually tasted sour. Most "sour" candy just tastes sweet for me, but not these. I ate the bag embarrassingly quickly. Although not extremely sour, they do still make your tongue raw if you eat too many, which for me is not a bad thing. Most good sour candy does, ans honestly if it claims to be sour and doesn't destroy your taste buds, is it even really sour? Would highly recommend

I LOVE Mango candy.. but there's were kinda nasty
If you love Mango (Candy, Dried fruit, Drinks) you're probably like me!Whether its Mango, Spicy Mango, Mango Chamoy, Tajin and Mango, I love them all! ... But these were kind of nasty. It didn't taste like Mango at all, it tasted more like Pineapple. The strips were much thinner than the usual Sour Power ones also, and much sweeter than sour.I was excited to find these and almost bought the 6 LB bag.. But I can't even finish this 2 LB bag

Yum
Yummy ! The mango flavor could be better but I still find it to be yummy . It could be a little less sour .. but then I’d probably gobble them up way too quickly. So maybe it’s a good thing that they’re so sour. I’ll defiantly order these again .
