Xtend Original BCAA Powder, Zero Sugar, Lemon Lime Squeeze, 90 Serv

These are the only BCAA's that I will use. I've re purchased these probably at least 20 times. The flavor is good sort of like lime Gatorade if you like that flavor then these will work for you. Supplements and BCAA's can taste bad but this only Brand/Flavor I can drink. They are high quality- and are hydrating without causing any bloating or digestive upset. I use it during every workout and on recovery days as well. The biggest difference this makes is reducing and preventing soreness from weightlifting and long challenging workouts. I find them effective in supporting muscle growth and retention without adding water retention. To mix this I always use a shaker bottle or milk frother to make sure powder doesn't stay at the top.

I drink at least one Xtend BCAA mixed with water every day. I can't say if I can tell if it helps with recovery but I can absolutely say that it helps with hydration. Typically it's what I mix around 10 am to drink before lunch. It's easy to mix, mixes in well and it's a great quality product. This flavor is my favorite flavor. Now that I know I like this flavor I buy the larger size. buy the smaller one until you pick your flavor.

This stuff is the best, I have tried the lime, mango and watermelon. Just absolutely love the watermelon flavor. Use it every day whether I am doing cardio or weight training.

Tastes great, keeps me going while I'm outside sweating all day for work.

Taste so so, but so far seems the best I've found.

My son plays catcher on his travelball team. We play in Arkansas, so towards the end of spring we are playing 3-5 games on Sunday in 90°+ temps. He's a good sized kid (13years 5'7 150lbs) and after catching the first game he would be be too tired to catch the rest of the day. I started giving him the Xtend electrolyte & recovery drinks between games, and there has been a remarkable difference in his performance! He has way more stamina throughout the day playing. He can catch multiple games with relative ease, and has a better attitude. He is incredibly picky about what he eats and drinks, and will drink this because he sees results from it. The first can we got was cherry Airhead flavor. He didn't care much for the taste of it, but finished it anyway. He used the lemon lime most recently and says it tastes much better. We will continue to use this product.

This is good stuff! I have it on subscription along with the Blueberry, but prefer this flavor. Either way, they help with my workout recoveries and I don't feel bad about drinking something that tastes good. I've always used a little hot water to help it dissolve easily before I put colder water/ice in it so I've never had any issues.

6/12/2026 – I recently noticed that the product's formula has changed for the better. The manufacturer has removed FD&C Blue, a synthetic dye commonly used to color processed foods, medications, supplements, and cosmetics. In its place, they now use spirulina extract and beta-carotene as natural color sources. Spirulina extract contains bioactive compounds, including phycocyanin, which has been studied for its potential role in supporting healthy blood glucose regulation and insulin sensitivity. Beta-carotene is a naturally occurring red-orange pigment found in fruits and vegetables, particularly carrots, and serves as a precursor to vitamin A, an essential nutrient for overall health. I appreciate the move toward more natural ingredients and the elimination of artificial coloring from the formula.
