Most import thing is it doesn’t come with the clips that pop into the hood but you can reuse the old one if u kept them, the fit perfect and pretty easy to install and looks great. Would definitely recommend for other Mini Cooper s owners. Ps be carful when handling the trim on the edge of the hood because it’s very brittle from the heat of the turbo, mine broke off while putting this on.

The profile along to top of the Air Scoop is a little different from my 2009 original, but I think that’s good. My original deformed and looked like someone dented the hood. This scoop has an intentional rise in the center which I beleave will help it maintain its shape. I bought the unpainted black hoping it would be a mat finish and match the fender flares. It’s not mat, but I still like the black against my cocoa hood/bonnet. Easy install, I already had a variety box of the plastic push connectors and just picked some close in size to the holes.

Easy to install. Recommend purchasing new pins to install rather than using the old ones.

This item does not fit a 2008 Mini S Clubman R55 and was missing the mounting hardware.

The grill you attach did not fit perfectly and is a bit crooked otherwise it looks very good and adds a lot to the look of the car. I didn't notice the crookedness until after the return period expired otherwise I would of sent it back. Being black hides the defect.

Excuse my dirty car but it does match very well to the black. It’s a good fit and a really thick plastic material. I would definitely recommend but make sure you buy the clips to install as this doesn’t come with them. Other than that it’s a good replacement!
